Everthing is good, they first give training to freshers

Cons

after the traning completation almost I was on bench approx 7 months, they did not give me any project and told us to give resign we do not have projects

Nice org to start your career. Pays relatively high compared to other WITCH companies. Good WLB. Projects can be an issue, since not much projects were there after management changes.

Cons

-Bench period is of 2 months. In case they can't tag you in any projects, they'll ask you to resign.
