1. Seniors are super helpful. 2. You gets enough time to learn and apply. 3. You can learn skills which can helpful in the longer learn, for example I started blogging while learning. And my seniors asked to do so.

Cons

1. it's little difficult to change teams/project. 2. If you want to work with different technology or you are not liking current work, then it would not be that easy to resolve this.
