Worst Firm Ever To Work For

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

None - This is the most unethical firm I have ever known

Cons

You need to lie about everything. I don’t know how they keep customers other than bribing them - which has occurred. They like to pretend they are family when it works on the firm’s favor but will screw you over and chance they get. Very crappy commission schedule and huge turn over in staff. It is even worse for contractors who they typically do not pay properly or withhold fund for very fishy reasons.

Pros

Company took over contract to continue work of previous contracting firm.

Cons

Company took over our contract, cut wages, offered benefits at double what we were paying. Didn't interview anyone and just took the people that jumped at the initial offer including under-qualified people. HR rep refers to benefits unprofessionally as "Bennies" in front of other team members that will not be able to afford them. If you ever hear of this company coming in to take over a contract, I cannot in good conscience recommend them.
