Pros

No pros that I can think of while working here.

Cons

1. Managers are experts in micromanaging. They put their part of the work on top of your burden. 2. Compensation is not justified here. People working on client projects get lower raises compared to those working on internal tools or projects. 3. The appraisal ratings you receive here are not related to the actual raise you get (which is much less than what you deserve). 4. There is no comp time available here, even if you work on weekends or extra hours. 5. Clients are not handled properly, which is why they tend to leave and never return. 6. Team lunches are a huge bluff for employees. They never take you out for any gathering willingly. 7. When everyone in your friend circle gets a bonus during the festive season, at Xoriant, you won't get any. Instead, you'll get much more workload during that time. 8. These people will give you HDD laptops, which have mostly been used by 10 or 20 people before you. Don't ever expect these systems to turn on in less than 10 minutes. 9. You'll only get free water, coffee, and tea in the pantry. Nothing else is available for free. 10. Even if your teammates are not in the same location, you are expected to come to the office three days a week, even in heavy rain. 11. The delivery heads don't care about their employees at all. They have this mindset that if one resource leaves, another will come to replace them. That's why they don't care about retaining good resources. 12. If you present your points to someone senior and they don't agree, you can expect to get a 0% raise in the current appraisal cycle. 13. No recognition, no rewards from the manager whatsoever, even if you do your best. The manager doesn't even congratulate their employees for major milestones. 14. HRs are experts at blaming you for your problems. They will never listen to you at any cost unless you are the head of a department or the CEO. 15. If you have problems with your manager, it is expected that you should ask HR for help, but they will just direct you back to your manager. 16. If you are ready for negotiation after resigning, expect them to reach out to you in the last week of your notice period. Even then, they won't agree to what you're expecting and will give you numerous reasons for not giving you the package you want and deserve.

Pros

The sales, profits, management and skillset of the employees were good before the company was sold.

Cons

They don't have projects, they don't have skilled employees, they have a very toxic work culture. All that the management does is play blame game. They are indeed frustrated because of no projects and they keep fighting amongst themselves. If at all they get a project, they hire less staff and make them work on weekends and holidays till 2am and then fire them once the project is completed. They don't compensate their employees well either.

Pros

No pros after CrysCapital took over.

Cons

1. The work-life balance has become a myth here. 2. All new policy changes are making this place worse for employees. 3 You will keep working in every shift. They will pay you for 8 hours and will ask you to work for whatever time they want. Daily, it goes up to 10+ hours. 4. You will be allocated to multiple projects at a time, resulting in too much workload and frustration. 5. If you are not on a project, then you will no longer be part of the company. 6. It doesn't matter how hard you work; you will never receive credit and appreciation for the tasks you have completed. 7. Working here doesn't allow time for personal matters. 8. It doesn't matter how better you perform whole year, you won't get appraisal more than 5%.
