1. If you want to destroy your career, you can join Xoriant. There is no work in project. My job was to simply run start/stop scripts 2. Big works were held by senior people in projects. 3. They will do politics in daylight. Only if you have previous work friends in project, you can survive here. 4. Managers and senior managers will also not take care if you don't work. 5. Only hindi people will be given first priority. If you are other language speaking person, your voices will not be heard

I don't see any profit of joining such poor company.

Cons

Do Not join this company as they don't have enough projects to work on so they will put you on bench and then fire you. They show that they don't fire but they will ask you to put resignation and won't hear anything so don't waste time working with such cheap little MNC!!!

you are too late in joining this company.....you cannot establish yourself now even though you may have talent in abundance. Politics at a extremely high level... trusting anyone is difficult.

Cons

look beyond your old timers......there is much more talent out there just cause few are old timers does not mean others are not use full.....given that loyalty is important but business does not function on loyalty alone.
