      Niche technologies and good work. Flexible work timings allowing work life balance.

      Cons

      Gurgaon location has no process oriented work. Senior folks have no professional etiquette and boundaries, especially HR. Work and business at this location are degrading with time.

      1. Good managers to work with 2. Policies are employee friendly like working hours, WFH, leaves, work life balance 3. Good projects, technologies. 4. Regular training provided

      Cons

      Policies regarding H1B filing are not very open. Upon filing, filing receipt details are not shared with employees, unlike companies like IBM, so no ways to know if actually application filed or not. Details are not provided even in case of rejection of H1B.
