      Pros

      It's a amazing company to work.good flexible timing.amazing work.some really good managers who act more like a mentor and would guide you if required. This will help u grow and inturn help the company. I worked around 2 yrs and did not find any drawback. There could be some places where things could improve.

      Cons

      New management and shift in policies. Xoriant USP is getting lost.

      Pros

      Here environment depends on project basis. Some projects work culture is pathetic and even managers have no respect for employees.

      Cons

      Whatever happen in Mid size organization ie happening in Xoriant as well . You need to work with(work with means need to work like a slave then they will recognized you and give some feed like you give to your pets ) some people who has good command with upper management .
