      Less Work hours Environment is good Up to last year it was really great place to work

      Cons

      No good projects in Mumbai location Some of the senior manager doesn't even has required knowledge they are on that post because of number of experience Company is getting worst day by day after change of COO Worst food Traveling facility is not adequate This year salary hike is also not good as per past years

      Career growth is very good, very much transparent between management and employee, and best part is that every month they organize game, contest and all hands meet. They support IT certification or course related to software, easily going company.
