At Xoriant, we strongly advocate work-life balance and provide various opportunities to maintain the same like Work from home, flexible work timings, Umang-our inhouse fun committee which strives to make lives more fun at work. We are also taking a new facility soon to provide ample space for our colleagues in Gurugram.

We appreciate your positive feedback. With the advent of new technologies and competitors, which require us to be agile. Thus there are fewer demands in terms of opportunities. However, at Xoriant we constantly strive to strike balance but that completely depends upon the requirements of the project.
