      Pros

      Has a great work culture. Ample opportunities for you to grow but you need to be proactive.

      Cons

      Sometimes compromises on hiring good talent if the project needs it. Though it is understandable, it has a bad long term impact.

      Good life balance, Less pressure. The management are always approachable

      Cons

      Some of the HR policies are not in line with company's growth. Time taken for a final decision is too long Need to have more policies in place.
