      Xoriant is an amazing place to work. I joined here as fresher, and still enjoys working here.

      A Little delay in allocating project, but if available, you will be definitely given chance.

      A positive work environment that brings out the best in performance of employees. An open environment wherein the senior management is accessible and helps the employees to take ownership and perform to the best of their abilities.

      Additional perks (Monetary or non-monetary)would be helpful in motivating employees. More employee engagement activities would be good
