      Free to any thing you want (sleeping , roaming, enjoying) except work because that's the thing they don't have.

      Cons

      Zero Percent chance of growth in term of salary Appraisal, bonus, employee benefits. No learning no growth. if you don't care about your future and want to enjoy the life then Xoriant is the best option.

      Xoriant , wow what a company ??.You will get infinite spare time to chit chat, social networking and listening music. If you live nearby to xoriant office, then bingo!!! you are the luckiest person in the world. You can utilize this spare time to sleep or whatever you feel . And most important and happy thing is they will never fire you even though you're on the bench forever. Such a nice company it is. I wish I could be there for more than year.
