      Good place for learning and growing skills, lots of useful tech articles, blogs, trainings for employees. You get rewarded well for loyalty .

      Cons

      Lack process model in dealing with different types of clients Many times have to showcase your good work and ask the management for accolades , management doesn't do on their own
