      Work Culture is good. Lots of good projects. They pay well and are methodical

      Cons

      Remote employees may feel neglected. HR not present in every location which is a drawback. Works on the whim of Client.

      Pros

      Some projects in MUMBAI location are good, and long term projects. Min 6.5h hours working per day. Flexible WFH option Frequent onsite opportunities if you are in the right project.

      Cons

      Majority work on mobile application development. Majority on small projects Changing your project is difficult. Layoff if you are on bench for long.
