      Senior management is very shaky - they break their own rules. Biased Few old admin and payroll people irritates you

      Pros

      Independence of work timings. Independence of thinking and implementing different concepts. Minimum pressure from manager. Good Communal activities. On time salary. Work from Home option for limited days in a month. Overall a pleasant environment to work and grow.

      Cons

      Technology Mismatch: Felt that managers are not technical so they do not know which resource can excel in a particular task eventually the resource is allocated a task he does not like producing a bad performance. Overall Poor upper management in terms of human resource management. Noisy Managers: Some Managers are loud on the floor and definitely disturb other developers working for different project.

      Pros

      Good office and an organisation structure exists

      Cons

      They donot follow the terms of their own appointment letter.As soon as their project goes slow they terminate the services without even paying the salaries .Also HR Department staff are rude and donot even acknowledge your mails when you ask for your unpaid salaries.
