      Pros

      Has a great work culture. Ample opportunities for you to grow but you need to be proactive.

      Cons

      Sometimes compromises on hiring good talent if the project needs it. Though it is understandable, it has a bad long term impact.

      Pros

      great company to work for. top management is friendly and caring. company has lot of good employee friendly policies . has been chosen as one of the top 50 best places to work in india in IT sector. I have heard of some cases from my colleagues where help was extended to few employees in their hard times with the company going out of its way. that is a nice gesture. pune center is new and the office is well laid out. helpful HR team and I got some of my problems resolved quite quickly.

      Cons

      travek should be arranged as it is difficult to commute in pune. admin team need to improve

      Pros

      Xoriant is a good place to start your career and I did the same. Great people around and it has a floating architecture. You can go talk to the higher ups directly. Has very good HR where they listen and try to resolve your problems if there are any. I had a good time working in Xoriant.

      Cons

      Well the compensation provided can be better but nothing that can be complained of.
