- No Job security - Employees were often asked to resign suddenly and relieved immediately without proper transition time. - sat and sun working, 14 hrs working shift daily no comp off - All good reviews are written by HR - Work-culture is client driven: Clients are gods, you are a mere slave (a resource) for them There policy is to use and throw, hire and fire. So if by mistake you have joined the company look for job change from first day onwards.
