Great Place to Work with a Balanced Approach

Pros

I have spent more than one and a half years at Xoriant, and overall, it has been a positive experience. The hybrid work model is convenient, and the organization emphasizes a good work-life balance, which I deeply appreciate. The colleagues are generally very supportive, making the workplace environment friendly and collaborative, though there may be a few exceptions—but that’s to be expected anywhere.

Cons

One downside I've observed is the appraisal system, which could be improved to match the effort and contributions of employees. Additionally, favoritism has been noticeable with one of the managers. Those who work closely with them often receive preferential treatment, while others experience the opposite. This is an area that definitely needs attention and improvement to ensure fairness in the workplace.

A good service based company

Pros

Has a good work culture internally. May depend further on the projects and clients. Hybrid WFO policy.

Cons

They have other clients as well, but can certainly expand their client base. They have one major client which has lots of projects under it. But not all projects under this client are having good tech stack that is seeked by many professionals .
