I was working for Hitachi Vantara Client as Database Solutions Architect

Fixed Salary, No variable component.

Cons

I would not recommend any IT professionals to join this Organization. They will simply ruin your career. Their policy is very simple hire for 6 months and then fire . They give very lame reasons like client is not happy. They don't have any control on client actions. After coming out of project, You are left with no other projects . RM team will simply drag for 2 months and then ask you to resign.
