      Pros

      Don't join don't join don't join Xoriant even if they give more than expected, here they have hire and fire policy. if you are on bench you will be out in next 3 months.

      Cons

      No clear communication, No system(complicated internal tools) for internal work like payroll, finance, HR, TMG, RMG, (they don't even reply to you in case you need them), don't fall for attractive offer.
