Pros

It was a great company before. Everyone has chance to grow and learn. It was having good work culture and job security.

Cons

Now its has been merged with UST which was its parent company. Now the whole policies have been changed as per UST and now the Xpanxion's management has no more control over things. No Job security and no respect to old employees.
