      Pros

      It’s an exciting time to be a part of the FieldEdge organization. The last year has been tumultuous because of the massive growth, but it’s obvious that leadership has the wellbeing of employees at the forefront of their minds. It saddens me to see some of the recent negative reviews, I feel inclined to write an unbiased review based on my own personal experience. There is no lack of opportunity at FieldEdge. If you want a promotion and are willing to work for it and take some accountability throughout the process, your manager will help you get there. This is the most inclusive company I’ve ever worked for, I love how accepting everyone is- I really feel like a part of a family. The benefits are rich, excellent medical plans, awesome 401(k) match and Unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      The workload can be a lot at times, but I still feel like I have an excellent work-life balance. We move fast as an organization, you need to be adaptable and open to change to understand and respect the direction that Field Services is going.
