The team of people are incredible. Employees are driven by the company values and by the mission and vision. Never seen a place where these are so embedded in the corporate DNA. Fast paced, company adapts quickly to changes as needed - no two weeks have been the same for me since I started. It’s OK to innovate and take risks, and you will be supported but not micromanaged "Start up" mentality and atmosphere - Pet friendly office! If you want a place where you can make a difference, this is it. No one will stop you.

Cons

Fast paced - No two weeks of my time here have been the same Nowhere for “deadweight” to hide If you are looking for a place to clock in at 9 and clock out at the end of your shift, and just cruise through the day, this isn’t the place for you.
