Xplor is one of the few that are tackling the status quo in the education space so that our future generations can grow far beyond what we can ever imagine today. The leadership team together with Mark, really cares about the employees and the customers. A champion team can achieve amazing things together! There is a very pragmatic approach driven from Mark and the leadership team - we are here to make education great, and we will work smart and hard to get there. The teams and people are highly driven and easy to get along with. We have a very flat structure and people are encouraged to talk to each other, without any bureaucracy or red tape. Xplor is a company with very ambitious goals, and with it, a lot of opportunities to learn and to grow, both as an employee and as a person.
Cons
As a startup with ambitious goals, the pace isn't for everyone. If you are looking for a cushy job or a top paying job you'd better look elsewhere.
