      Pros

      Great place to gain new experiences, get involved and see your impact quickly. I have gained more experiences over the last year than in my last 3 jobs.

      Cons

      Xplor can be very fast paced and no two days are the same. Building a great company is never easy, it requires self starters, team effort and hard work. If that excites you will love it!

      Nice culture, most people are friendly and accepting Unlimited snacks, energy drinks, coffee, and soda Horizontal management style Great pay for the work performed Unlimited PTO VERY HELPFUL environment

      Cons

      People can be very cliquey, if you don’t suck up to management and senior salespeople you will be left out and treated differently One of the top salespeople was only helpful to females and was extremely rude to males that didn’t suck up to him Received the cold shoulder numerous times from coworkers when saying hello or trying to mingle MICROMANAGED beyond belief: your calls can be listened to by literally anyone in the SDR sales department. It's not uncommon to be interrupted during a call by a manager messaging you about your call while you are ON THE CALL. Destroys your flow
