      Pros

      Amazing team and people, managers who actually care not only about you but also your growth and future. There is a culture of self care that runs deep, which makes coming to work sometimes the best part of my whole week! The products are dedicated to innovation, it's not just status quo, and your ideas and input really matter. We have a very stable economy within the Xplor sub-verticals which is a really nice feeling, but we also don't have to give up the scrappy feeling that comes with a start up.

      Cons

      The top end moves kind of slow sometimes, but that is how really big companies are. We have to subscribe to some more corporate systems (on occasion), but really the pains are minimal. Meetings can feel a bit long winded.
