Unlimited PTO is the best for someone who's starting fresh at a new company, no waiting period for a day off or need to accrue time. Extrovert's dream, there is always someone to talk to about anything, even bread sandwiches. This company has had the best, immediate responses to threats whether it's a suspicious person or a pandemic, the first priority is keeping it's employees safe and happy and I am truly grateful for that. Speaking of happy, there is always time made for fun for employees who have the free time to take advantage of it.

Cons

The positivity can be toxic. Like any company there are complaints but the unspoken rule is to vent to your coworkers instead of acknowledging it outright with superiors. When employees do reach out I have seen them belittled or ignored, that is the main reason for this Glassdoor review. The overall culture mixed with this experience sends a message of you should be happy just to be here, and results in exploitation. Seeing opportunities for improvement or expressing concern does not equivocate to ungratefulness.
