Pros

There is a forward thinking attitude towards working remotely. Not necessarily from home, either, the company grants you flexibility to go on a "working holiday" to wherever you want to work from.

Cons

The CEO is a nutjob and surrounded by yes-men. Emphasis on "men" here because they've managed to jettison or scare off most of their female staff from any mid-level or higher position. The number one priority is image and whitewashing anything negative. They fake reviews for their apps left right and center and you can bet they watch Glassdoor and "encourage" sympathetic employees to phone in five star experiences about working at Xplor. The second priority is stemming the bleeding from the customer base who were told the software they want to use would be EOL'd and they have to use the "new" second-rate software which is legacy trash. Third priority is backpedaling from ever saying to customers they were being migrated over 12 months to the second-rate one. The last priority is band-aiding together the tire fire that is their backend.

unlimited PTO, no dress code

Cons

Too interested in being young and hip, horrible manager, no career path, no manager coaching, bad communication. let top manager know of age discrimination going on and they did nothing

The interview process is straight forward and next steps were always clearly laid out. Company is growing, rewards hard work, and values every employees' opinion.

Cons
