We’re proud of our approach to flexible working and know this is something a lot of our Xplorers really appreciate. We are, however, disappointed to hear you’ve had a negative experience working at Xplor overall. One of our goals is for Xplor to be a great place to work, and we’re sorry this hasn’t been your experience. We’re a fast-growing company and we know this fast pace can result in complexity and communication challenges.
