      Pros

      Company is growing rapidly due to high demand for software within the field service industry. Growth has continued, even during COVID. Senior Leadership, especially the CEO, have been very open during some challenging times this year.

      Cons

      High-growth companies come with rapid change. If you like a static work environment where things don't change much, FieldEdge might not be the best place for you

      Pros

      Xplor is one of those places that you get what you put in. If you want to succeed you can. I have watched people complain about the culture and values, of course you won’t like it if you sit around like a slob all day. There is an incredible focus and belief that we will achieve our vision. The leadership is incredibly supportive and empower you to make decisions and just get it done. If you are not use to this and are looking for a place to do nothing, my advice is not to come here.

      Xplor has grown incredibly fast and is always changing for the better. It has been great to see people leave who did not share the values or vision.
