THE CULTURE IS SECOND TO NONE...I have been here for 10 months and from day one, everyone is constantly trying to make each other better. I genuinely have fun almost everyday at work and I feel apart of a family as much as a team. We try and associate after work or have events and games during, I have worked at companies large and small but never one that seems to value maintain the culture throughout rapid growth. Plenty of growth if you come in and kick butt. So many perks including our own DJ to pump us up during the EOM push. Really love this place
Cons
Not a lot. Honestly, Communication top down could be better but has improved a lot over the last few months. It is cold calling....so that's not always fun (during summer) but the culture gets through the times more than anything.
