Pros

Unique blend of dedicated veterans and enthusiastic young-blood. Whether you have been with the company ten years or ten days, you are welcomed as part of the team with something of value to add. Hard work is necessary and rewarded. Teamwork goes beyond pursuit of a common goal, to true camaraderie and friendship. Employees take their work seriously while maintaining a high-spirited atmosphere. This atmosphere is encouraged and modeled by management.

Cons

The nature of the job can be demanding and stressful. Long hours may be required, making work/life balance hard. Because it's still a young product, with recent management changes, there are moments of disorganization and rapid change. Flexibility is required.
