      I am glad I was forced to board the "Xplorange Rocket" before it was launched into the abyss!

      Pros

      Anything positive about working at Xplor was eliminated with the replacement of the CEO in December of 2025 and the addition of more private equity holders. The environment shifted drastically, removing many of the aspects that once made the company appealing.

      Cons

      The new branding is simply a cover up for a company that has historically failed to meet expectations. Genuine improvements are lacking, and the changes seem more cosmetic than substantive, failing to address the core issues that have plagued Xplor.

      New-ish hire at Xplor Technologies

      Pros

      Incredibly flexible. Work life balance is second to none. great Leadership and motivation.

      Cons

      Account Executives start out on a 100% commission based pay. Can be good but It is hard to get the ball rolling when cold calling and door knocking. Not ideal if you want a steady pay check.
