Organization is continuously changing & evolving but the people remain GREAT
Pros
Full disclosure, I am currently an employee and have been with the company for about 2 years. I have seen many changes and endured multiple supervisory shifts, but I continue to have an ambitious outlook on the company. I'll just save you some time and list some of the pros that first come to mind, but always do your own research and interview companies as they interview you. Pros: - Great work/life balance - Flexible & Generous PTO structure - Weekly 10% (4 hours) time allocation to utilize Udemy to learn more and sharpen knowledge and abilities - 100% Fully Remote - Development teams continuously strive to bring value to customers - Transparency among development teams - Teammates strive to help each other improve. The people here are awesome!! - Turnover leaves room for vertical promotions
Cons
Xplor is certainly not perfect! - Pay is less than industry averages - Organizational goals are consistently shifting due to many verticals of the company consolidating and objectives kinda get lost in communication - High turnover. I'm not sure how much of it is from over-hiring or from team consolidation, but still worth mentioning. This is still a growing company, so expect growing pains. It's not all bad but I'm listing this as a con because, for some people, change is irritating
