Let's just state the facts - majority of the team under performing - sr leadership incompetent - over half the management staff has left this year - toxic, uncomfortable work environment (harassment from sr leaders)

Company is making more money with less budget like there symbol as a rocket,they are slowly drinking blood of an employees, Management is useless, they're just digging themselves a massive grave. They went back on their word and HR does not care about you, they're only supporting the company. Made to make ridiculous call numbers and targets.
