Company no longer cares about its staff. Went from being one of the best culture places to work at to falling off and becoming a toxic environment. When the sales team did well we were told "oh I guess we should put your targets up then" and proceeded to jump our targets from $4300 to over $7000 without justification Justification was promised by management and was never given after multiple requests Became purely money focused and did everything in their power to cut commissions to their sales reps and not reward those who deserved it. Clear favouritism within the business, those who 'do what they're told' were rewarded even though their performance was below standard but those who questioned anything were hindered from $ in forms of promotions & deals When 40% of the sales team resign within 2 months there might be a problem but those in senior management roles are oblivious.
