There are managers that deeply care about their employees and the work that is being done. There are passionate people who work at this company who deeply care about the customers and producing amazing work.

Cons

Compensation conversations can be really hard to have here.

Supportive workplace with good training, responsive management, friendly workplace and flexibllity with times/hours, beyond mandatory meetings. Recruitment and onboarding process was friendly and responsive.

Cons

Hard to sell product, low brand awareness and push for market growth in USA without adequate testing for some new products in a competitive market. Partnerships are not very strong.

Cons

- Lots of recent budget cuts - You have to be vocal (about boundaries, raises, promotions, etc.) otherwise you won't see much improvement/advancement - Semi-consistent employee churn
