      Outstanding benefits & HR policies. Great work / life ethic

      The company has made lots of acquisitions in the past 18 months. The organization is still going through growing pains of adapting from a number of different management philosophies, values, practices and culture into a new one. The CEO is outstanding, so I have high hopes that these growth issues shake out over the next 12 months.
