At Xplor, we believe in fair and equitable pay and benefits, and we aim to pay a competitive market rate for all roles, recognizing the location and market where the role is based. We conduct regular pay and benefits reviews, and if we fall short, we commit to fixing this as quickly as we can.
We’re sorry to hear that other parts of your experience working here weren’t so great. Like many organisations, we offer a referral bonus to help us find great people, and we also follow best practice processes to make sure our hiring practices are fair and meet legal requirements.
