From the start, the recruiter was responsive and prompt with all emails, appts, zooms, etc. Then the hiring process was friendly and fun honestly, from the HR working with you to get set up and the leads and management telling you what to expect and how the culture at FE is. I have heard this all before at other company's but its been my experience that FieldEdge meets these expectations and then some. Every employee in my department has introduced themselves to me and reassured me that if I had any issue, question, or problem that they would help. A welcome difference from a corporate competition to see who can kiss the managers you know what the most. Everybody just wants to provide good service for our "members" as they are called and enjoy themselves and their lives doing it. After working here I think I am spoiled to never be able to work in the corporate IT rat race again, that said it is Work. We work hard and go the extra mile for the member base. While working we are encouraged to give first rate customer service. If I owned a company I would run it like this.
