- Despite promises made during recruitment process of an open, supportive and growth oriented atmosphere, Xplor instead focused on a culture of public humiliation and bullying by management. Resulting in an atmosphere where team members felt constantly on edge, always bracing for the next verbal assualt. - Communication from management was often conflicting and confused. An objective or change of "vision" one week can be completely changed at the drop of a hat. Messages were often conflicting and confused, which created unnecessary tension and a lack of trust in the information disseminated. Decisions were made without any consultation or explanation, leaving employees feeling disrespected and undervalued - toxic behavior by management went unchecked. Despite several complaints to higher management and HR, no action was taken to curtail this behavior, which further emboldened my manager and left me and my colleagues feeling helpless and trapped - Below market rate pay I write this review not out of spite, but in the hope that it can serve as a cautionary tale for potential future employees. Companies that fail to understand the value of their employees and create a hostile work environment are simply not worth the toll they take on your mental and emotional health.
