      Pros

      This is a great place to work if you're eager to learn and advance your career. You get out what you put in, and you're given more opportunities as you prove yourself. The culture is amazing and promotes having fun among different teams. Weekly meetings with your direct manager allow you to receive positive and negative feedback that is constructive to your personal growth.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but be prepared to work hard. Despite the fun environment, you have goals and deadlines to meet that are crucial to the success of the company. This may not be your typical 40 hour a week job.

      Pros

      Empowering workplace that is open to new ideas and new viewpoints. Very flexible management and a work life balance unlike anything I could have ever imagined.

      Cons

      Training is very "own your own" and sometimes can leave you feeling like you are not contributing. Should have more shadowing time or have simulated calls/chats to better prep for production assistance.

      Location - our new office downtown has been the best thing thats happened. There are great food options right out the door. Opportunity for growth - Fieldedge encourages employees to gain product knowledge in the support department to prepare for growth into other positions in the company. The possibilities are endless as long as you are passionate about the product/company and apply yourself. Strong Culture - the company has a strong family vibe that you can feel the second you walk in the door. Everyone is accepted and encouraged to be true to who they are. Fun place to work - ping pong, dogs in the office, challenge, theme days, happy hours, challenges, video game tournaments, snacks and drinks, yoga, lunches, etc. The president is approachable and seems she truly values our feedback.
