We’re pleased to hear that you found there were good training tools in place at Xplor and that you had the opportunity to make a difference, and also that you liked our approach to internal comms. We’re sorry that you felt there wasn’t clear direction from the leadership team. We’ve had a few exec changes over the last few months, with a change of CEO in September, and a new CFO in October. Since joining, they’ve been working closely with the rest of the exec team to set the direction for the remainder of 2022, 2023 and beyond. We’re also putting more communication updates in place, so all Xplorers know where we’re headed and the role they have to play.
