      Pros

      The comradery amongst the drivers was very good. Not sure how it is today, but when I worked there, we were a close group of guys. I’ve built friendships that I hope will last a lifetime. Eventually moved on from the company due to circumstances that were out of my control.

      There are zero cons on it.

      Pros

      The integrity, transparency, and compassion of everyone in a leadership position at Xpress is hands-down the biggest pro of working at this company. Not every day is rainbows and sunshine, but you know that you’ll never have the rug pulled out from under you.

      Cons

      The workload is intense. If you aren’t willing to give 110% every day, you’re only letting down your coworkers and making more work for them.
