Wasn’t expecting much from XNG. Was proven wrong time and again. You can look to the numerous positive reviews for reference. They treat their drivers well.

Cons

Hours are long, but the fact that I’m home everyday is an excellent motivator.

Pros

Jump on this opportunity if you’re in a position to apply at XNG. The pay is great, the hours are reasonable, the staff are amazing, and the work life balance is the best I’ve ever had. You can’t really say that for many other trucking companies.

Cons

Surprised at some of the negative reviews I’ve seen. My experience has been largely positive. To each their own I suppose.

Not the type of job that takes you away from your family for weeks or months at a time. You’re home daily. Easily the company’s biggest selling point.

Cons

Implement improved training measures for new drivers.
