Great starting salaries and benefits. Nice office environment as well. Most employees and leads there are genuinely wonderful and collaborative. Hold on to these wonderful people and enjoy the game. This place and frequent changes truly train you to be agile, proactive and flexible. Learn and absorb as much as you can while you are there.

Cons

The culture in the company is without a doubt strongly founder driven. Founder is still involved heavily in all aspects and sometimes makes erratic decisions.

Good benefits, decent pay and okayish WLB. Easy to use internal tools and AI tools that make it easy to find anything.

Cons

Usage of AI for everything, a lot of money being spent on tokens and people are too heavily reliant on LLMs. Probably if you zero the token limit, most of the engineers are just empty people with very low technical skills. The company values (unnecessary) action and talk over technical expertise. Leadership is kind of mean too, meaning CEO can tell you anything he wants with no respect just because he didn't like your opinion.
