      Pros

      Hybrid work schedule. Most team members are very nice people.

      Cons

      In the end, you're just a number—like in any other large corporation. Loyalty and a strong work ethic go unnoticed. Office management is out of touch with the factory, purchasing lacks direction, and manufacturing engineering suffers from inexperience.
