      Pros

      The benefits are fairly good.

      Cons

      Poor leadership/management. There is not alot of room for growth. Safety is an issue. Process implementation is lacking.

      Great people, bad management

      Pros

      Worked with great people in the office. Everybody was helpful and kind towards the interns.

      Cons

      Not a desirable location due to homeless nearby as well as the office being broken into. Upper level management couldn't care less about the working level which led to lots of people quitting.
