      Health Insurance coverage is good.

      Cons

      Outsourcing of Accounting & IT has hamstrung this company. Undermanned which causes long working hours to keep up.

      Interview process was direct and the management team knew what they were looking for in candidates - efficient process. Since coming onboard everyone has been very welcoming.

      People truly committed to our mission statement around clean water. An amazing set of businesses with great people. Focus on results. Strong commitment to our people.

      Cons

      Fast pace of change and we don’t always get things right, but not afraid to pivot. Still many silos across businesses and brands, and not enough consistent customer/client commitment.
