      Pros

      If you end up in the right group with the right manager you will have a great time. You will get the tools you need to do your work.

      Cons

      Too many political discussions going on. No bonus even though company is doing great. Little to no raises throughout the years. Everything has to be done yesterday.

      Large company, it is relatively stable.

      Cons

      No investments are being made in new equipment, existing machines are worn and not holding tolerances. Maintenance department headcount is shrinking. Insurance benefits have been declining, cost and deductible has been increasing.

      Pros

      Had the week between Christmas Eve and New Years off, located off the freeway, flexible start and end working times

      Cons

      Manager managed wth fear, bullied his employees, benefits changed constantly, lead didn't back up employees to manager, lied to employees, promises not followed through, continuous layoffs and no growth opportunity
