Pay is fair, benefits are pretty good. Safety guided.

Cons

Low to mid level management are horrible. No experience is the best experience seems to be the motto. Degrees mean more than experience. Shareholder focused instead of customer focused.

Good pay Unlimited pto Flexible hours No pressure to do any work

Cons

Mostly idle. I never have any meaningful interactions with management, I rarely ever see my manager. No team meetings. Constant layoff discussions. Team silos are rigid and anti productive. Irritatingly woke. Big empty office. Too many managers. Constantly moving labs. Won’t spend any money.
